Petit Verdot is a dark and flavorful varietal. In its native France, it is a relatively minor blending component of some Bordeaux blends, but it thrives in the California sun to become a delicious varietal in its own right. 
 
This red wine is comprised of 92% Petit Verdot and 8% Cabernet Franc. It has 14.5% alcohol.
