Verdelho is an intriguing white varietal that is only now reaching the world stage. It has grown in Portugal and the small island of Madeira for centuries, and also grows well in Argentina. It is perfectly suited to the climatic conditions in the Sierra Foothills, which can produce an exquisite, food-friendly wine.
